BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 4125 Mountain Creek Road, being on the northwest line of Mountain Creek Road southwest of Reed's Lake Road. Part of an unplatted tract, being part of the property described in deed book 3457, page 482, R.O.H.C. Said part of tract begins on the northwest line of Mountain Creek Road some 1095 feet southwest of the intersection of the northwest line of Mountain Creek Road with the southwest line of Reed's Lake Road, thence southwest some 335 feet with Mountain Creek Road, thence northwest 52.07 feet, thence northwest some 115.43 feet to a point 150 feet (if measured at a right angle) northwest of the northwest line of Mountain Creek Road, thence northeast some 315 feet parallel to, and at all points 150 feet northwest of, the northwest line of Mountain Creek Road, thence southeast some 155 feet to the northwest line of Mountain Creek Road, the point of beginning. Tax Map No. 108D-A-3.2 (part). from R-1 Residential Zone to RT-1 Residential Townhouse Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Dedication and acceptance of right-of-way as required by the City Traffic Engineer. 2. No back-out parking shall be permitted onto Mountain Creek Road. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it, provided that this Ordinance shall not be operative until copletion of condition no. 1 in Section 2 above.
